Use formatting in notes & goals

It would be great to be able to bold, underline, and use numbers or bullet points on reports. When creating a progress report, the goals would be easier to read if they could be broken down into paragraphs, into numbered lists, or bulleted.

Could also consider print to document, so can be customized in a word or google document if not possible in the system

I agree with this. It would be so helpful to bold statements requesting action from MDs.
