This is useful because laptops and desktop displays are horizontal, or landscape format. Making Therabill screens more landscape-friendly for horizontal displays would decrease scrolling - and "double-scrolling" - when you have to scroll one window up/down in order to get to another window to scroll up/down.
A prime example is the schedule view. It is likely that most therapists do not need to see midnight through 5 am for scheduling, so this portion of the day need not be scrolled through. By allowing for more of the usual day to display, or allowing customization of shown times and days, the therapist is saved from some scrolling, and therefore can be more productive.
