I would like to be in control of what information is printed on daily notes/reports via templates from the demographic information. Basically, under print settings for each template, we need options for what we wanted printed. For example, it would be helpful to substitute EI# for the medical record. We don't need gender printed on the report. I would like to include parent name on report & age would be helpful. This would likely benefit all of your clients serving the EI population.

It would be even greater if custom client field options could be listed as options for printing as well. This way all of the EI therapists could create fields for service coordinator, CFC, and such, and then these could also be printed on the documentation.

currently, we must write reports in Word and upload them into the program. It would be great to be able to document within Therabill.
