I see that, as of July 2nd, the invoices have been updated, however, you've still not included a place to prompt people to put their CVV code (4 digits for Amex, 3 for all others) on the remit slip. For this reason, we, and many other clinics we know who use Therabill, do not use the CC remit slips because, for the most part, you cannot run a card without the CVV code from the back of the card. Very unhelpful.
