A clinician is not necessarily familiar with billing jargon. Providing a vocabulary with brief definitions would be enormously helpful. As it is, I often don't benefit from support replies, as I don't know the jargon. I have eg been told I need to "map" and insurance, and since this usage (as a verb) of the common noun "map" is new to me the reply was not helpful.
