Currently, there are no terms (like net 30) listed, so we would like that to be added as well as a line that reads, “payment is due in full”. As of now, it appears there is no due date so people can pay whenever they want.

1. We know about the custom message that is added to all statements - however, this only shows up at the bottom and there aren't any ways to change the font size or make it more noticeable.

The payment box in the upper right-hand corner does not have a place to show the amount the person is paying. This is more significant for credit card payments. Right now, we must assume that a payment is in full, but it is better practice to have the person write the amount they are paying.
