Add the ability to include attachments to client notes

I would love the ability to attach documents to a note I am writing in the client file.

    Hello, and thanks for your feedback! This functionality already exists today in the product, all you need to do is:

    1. Navigate to Schedule > Search Sessions.

    2. Locate the desired session and edit it using the icon.

    3. Select the icon located at the top of the new window.

    4. Use the Choose File button to select the file you want to upload and attach.

    5. Optionally, you can indicate the Document Type, Title, Keywords, Sharing option, and the file Description.
