When can you make it so that we can make additions to session notes/documentation? We want to be able to document, for example, phone calls with clients that occur between sessions, or phone calls with other clinicians regarding a client. There is currently no way to do this without creating a session, and sessions come with charges attached. We do not want to create charges for these events. We also don't want to create a session with zero charges, since these calls are not actually sessions and therapists may be paid according to how many sessions were held. Why can't there be an Addendum to a note that allows for actual documentation, which could then be finalized? Please let me know about this as I've made this suggestion before.
