I have electronic claim errors that go back to 2018 and I want to clean up our system now that I've taken over and it's simply not feasible to ignore each electronic error individually. Some claims have several errors and Therabill is so slow to return to the dashboard after doing each one individually that it is a colossal waste of time. If I get 4 errors back on one claim I should have the option to clear all that patient's error messages, and if I wish to clear the history of all claim errors that should also be an option available to me. Frankly, I'm surprised that it isn't.
