    I have reached out to the vendor that Therabill uses for text reminders to inquire if they have plans to add Xfinity as an option. If they add it, it will automatically be available in the application.

    Hi Kate. I did some research and it looks like Xfinity uses the same structure as Verizon. Can you try selecting Verizon for these patients and see if that works while I work with the vendor to try and get new carriers added to the application?
