This needs to happen sooner than later. We have patients trying to reply to the text reminder messge.

I cannot find where I can customize the reminder message that is sent via text messaging. I was able to customize the reminder through email but no one uses email so that's pretty ineffective. The text reminder that is send out is pretty good, I just wanted to add "ext 3" after our phone number and then also "Please provide 24 hours notice." as well. Can we add those two small things? That would be very helpful. Thank you.

The current text reminders leave a lot to be desired!! Each clinic should be able to customize to their clinic. Many other platforms allow for this option.

TEXT MESSSAGE REMINDERS NEED TO SAY DO NOT REPLY, ITS COSTING OUR CLINIC TONS OF MONEY DAILY FOR PEOPLE WHO THINK THEY CAN REPLY THAT THEY ARE NOT COMING AND WE DONT RECEIVE THE MESSAGE!!!!

We would like to put in a great idea to be able to customize appointment reminder print outs. Basically to let patients know of cancellation/no show policy that a fee would apply if not given 24 hour notice.

We are currently not using Therabill's text reminder system solely because we cannot customize the message. This feature would have our company switching!

We currently do not use text reminders through Webpt as they do not meet our needs. We need to be able to customize the text reminders. If that were possible we would be a customer!

This is a real issue and has been causing us a loss over all. Please let us customize this asap

The text reminders look like crap, don't even say the full name of the clinic, don't allow us to say our cancel policy in it, and don't tell people not to reply to the text.

This feature NEEDS to be updated so we are able to customize our text reminders. Most EMR systems have had this feature in place for years now and WEBPT is way behind on allowing this. This has caused so many issues for us and our patients.

Strongly agree this needs to be updated. It needs to be customizable so we can remind of our cancellation policy in the text. It also looks very unprofessional compared to other medical offices reminder texts. It is 4 years overdue on change.

Need to customized our text reminder message and especially have it say DO NOT REPLY TO THIS TEXT call our office at (with office phone number)

Why can we customized the email reminder but not the text??????

When are you goig to fix this on going issue and let your customers know when??? There is not much commuication on program issues!

Agree strongly with "do not reply" - seems like this should be an easy fix. If your vendor can't do something as simple as this - time to find someone else.

I agree with "We would also like to add "do not reply to this message" as we have people text back to cancel and we don't receive the message." This is costing the clinic money because we are not aware a patient responded to the text message to cancel. We then have no-shows and doctors sitting around! This should be a quick fix to add that small sentance.

We desperately need to be able to add our address as we are a new clinic in our town.

Can we please add customization to the automated appointment reminders? We just want to add in "Do not reply to this message" somewhere in the message. We have an excessive amount of patients who still reply to.

We would like to edit the text message to say " your therapy appointment"

I need to add a cancellation policy to this. It's honestly crazy that this thread is from 2020, and we still cannot customize the texts.

We would like to add, "Any change in our schedule affects many people, therefore we have a 24 hour $25 cancellation fee to encourage letting us know in advance if your plans change. Please call us at your earliest convenience if you require a reschedule." I see many medical and dental practices doing this on their text reminders. It would help our patients to be reminded of our late cx policy.
