Having an option to list descriptions instead of CPT codes in the client statement statement verses the ledger would be very helpful. The statement is much more user friendly for the patient because it shows payments, adjustments, etc.; however, the patients do not know anything about CPT codes. Please consider this option.
Having a description on who paid (i.e. insurance name) in these statements would also assist in our explanations to the patient.
Please address the refund information also printing on these statements.
