When cancelling a client it would be nice | WebPT Ideas and Discovery

When cancelling a client it would be nice to be able to give a reason in the box.

We run an attendance report quarterly and it would be nice to know the reasons why the client cancelled or if it was a now show. It would be nice if we could include this information in the box when we hit the cancel/no show.
