I am completely astonished that the only way to send an EOB to a secondary carrier if it has not crossed over from Medicare is to delete all of the EOB information and repost it. This is so time consuming. Therabill is a BILLING software. To not have the functionality to send secondary claims is not acceptable. It is as if your Medicare based providers are unimportant to you.
