Being able to attach pdf (primary EOBs) to claims

This would save so much time for providers being able to attach primary EOBs to the secondary claims. PLEASE PLEASE make this happen :)

I spend so much time doing this and mailing out claim forms because I can't upload a primary EOB to the secondary claim.
