CASH PAYMENT OPTION FOR CASH TREATMENT

There needs to be a cash treatment option for cash payments. I have a patient who does cash treatments and it shows as a client overpayment which is incorrect. We need something to differentiate this. This is confusing as it also shows as an unassigned dollar amount.
