HAVE THE CAPABILITY TO ELIMINATE PAYER ID'S THAT ARE NO LONGER USED Merged

When doing billing and creating the Payor ID, there is a high chance of getting the incorrect Payor, there is no way to eliminate the ID that are no longer being used. This creates a problem having claims being returned because all staff does not know which Payor to use, especially when transferring from Web pt.
