Having the ability to toggle between different menus without losing data

Many times when I am posting payments, I have to switch menus to look at something for a patient and I lose my data and have to start completely over. This can be frustrating when it's a big payment. Other billing systems I have used have allowed me to toggle between different menus without losing the data.
