The prefilled date of service date range in the insurance invoicing area will not allow any claims prior to the prefilled date to show unless you remove the date, with therapist who do not sign notes in a timely manner, the claims will be missed when the date is not removed, not remember to do this will cause offices to not submit claims that need to go out. It worked better when that date range was empty
