WebPT Ideas and Discovery

This is NOT a helpful update and makes my job harder, not easier. I had a lot of clients in my billing cue that I need to send their bills to a secondary insurance, or I have to get a new authorization for them for Medicaid, or other reasons that I wanted their name and charges displayed in the billing cue. Now in order to find those, I have to play with the date range. I don't have the dates memorized as to how far back those claims go.

I do not have time to change that date of service range every time I go in to complete my insurance invoicing or play around with it until I find the particular bill I am looking for.

Please STOP with the updates. Therabill used to work just fine and I did not have issues. I'm beginning to wonder if there isn't a different software out there that might work better for us.
