We have one year to submit claims before the insurance companies deny them. Sometimes this year mark comes faster than one would think based on denials for things the patient needs to correct with insurance companies, the 60-90 day turnaround time with some insurance companies, etc. It is very important to see those older claims. As the biller, we should have the choice to set a date range or not. Having to delete the dates adds another unnecessary step to the process. It may seem easy enough to delete the date for one claim but when you are sending countless claims every day it adds up. This is a new feature that was added with the recent update, please remove it.
