Put the PTA's name on the screen by the note that the PTA did instead of the PT

I understand that the PT has to sign off on the notes but when the PTA does the note is there a way for it to have their name on that line for that DOS when you are just looking at medical records. It is very hard trying to figure out of it's the 6th visit when all the notes have the PT's name beside them. Even if it could have PTA/PT at least we would know the PTA was the person that saw them that day instead of having to open the note everytime in order to see who saw the patient that day.
