Demand Statement have Coinsurance, Deductible & Payment on Account display

Currently when Demand Statement is generated, it is not reflecting what the patient has paid. It is only displaying Copay which makes the statement not accurate for patients who have paid towards Deductible or have Payment on Account used. The member is looking to see if Coinsurance, Deductible and Payment on Account can display to provide a more accurate statement for patients.

Patient credit in the amount of 355.16 showing 0.00 on demand statement
Patient credit is not displaying on demand statement if the patient payment was posted with a transaction type Payment on Account. Transaction type copay resulting in a credit do display correctly on the demand statement. print screens attached
