In new payment box, make "Credit" top of the list

Most people pay by credit card. Rather than having to scroll down to credit, make it top of the list in the drop down menu for payment method so that this the default. One less click.

Add Adjustment codes to we have time to work on other patients billing and not maunually adjusting each one that could be automatic

Medicare G Codes that are .01 needs to be considered as an automatic adjustment

Be able to move money from ins portion to client portion while waiting on ins payment

On insurance companies that are a year behind in paying but can tell you the patient portion, you could go ahead and bill patient instead of waiting for a year to be able to bill them.

ERA section

It will be a good idea to have a radio button to just show all the New ERAs and Achieved ERAs. We do have a button for Achieved but it shows them along with other ones.

ins payment total of patient portion to be on top

when posing batch ins payment the total of adjustments and total of payments is on top would be nice to have the total remaining of the patient portion

Add total amount paid from the patient in the payment list (drop down) under patient reports

Then we could match that number up quickly with what is in WebPT. You have a total for patient payments in the Session Balance (drop down) under the patient reports but this doesn't include the unassigned monies collected.
