Medicaid billing set up and processing

We have had this software for years and have never been able to bill and receive reimbursement from Medicaid. I need way more information on how to make sure Medicaid payer information is correct and everything on claim is correct.

Ability to hold filter in Release 835 once a check is released

When a user filters the eras in Release 835s then releases a check and wants to keep releasing more, the filter unsorts. It would be great for the filter to hold until the user is ready to un-filter

Requiring group number for insurances.

Currently WebPT allows insurances to be entered without a group #. However, this is causing billing issues in our billing software. There should be an option in the settings to require the group # for certain insurances.

Why can't I bill a patient from the ins payment screen?

After posting a payment from the carrier I need to be able to bill the patient for the copay or deductible instead of marking the EOMB and have to go to the bill client screen . This system waste alot of time.

Custom Code

For our cash custom codes they weren't carried forward from 1.0 on the list of codes. It would be great if you could carry those forward to 2.0 or gave instructions on how to add them to our CPT options. Also need to take out a bunch of CPT option...
