We use the Identifiers for so many things. Often we have to choose which is the most important one because you can only add one. We use them to indicate if we have a credit card on file, if they have been discharged but we are waiting on something...

Client Statement Balance Report

Please give us an option to choose a client class so we can separate the states. We have different billers for each state and it is very time consuming to have to sort through a state that you are not responsible for.

View Only Account is pointless

The view only account doesn't allow a front office staff to view what payments are unassigned. If it's view only why would this not be viewable. It essentially nullifies the purpose of view only if they can't see information pertinent to payments ...

As of July 2021, the Maryland SLP Board will require all SLPs to add their MD license # to their written signature on all work reports. HOW can we do this in TB??
