Add "button" to go to patient record in billing from the EMR

Currently need to take patient name or account number from EMR and copy into billing to get to billing record.

There isn't an automatic way to know that a patient is on their last appointment

ASHA rules that we need to have our state license number on our reports and there is no place to add this in Therabill where it shows up on the printed report. Some people hold multiple state licenses - I have 2 but some have many more than that -...

Add option to give permission to view 'Payment Log' to specific users.

There should be an option to add/remove the ability for a specific user to view the Payment Log report. Not all users in our EMR should have that access. It should be determined by the admin

Put due dates on statements/invoices

Due dates must be on the statements? Currently I can only add it to the very bottom, in very small font. It should be at the top in large letters so there is no question.
