When posting and putting balance to pt you have to go back, enter 0's and put Bill pt a 2nd time..as it leaves the balance to Insurance.

It would be really good if we could enter a payment into the system without having to post the payment.

sometimes we have the amount of the payment but dont have the eob at hand. its good to enter the payment until we receive the eob to post the payment. thank you, sylvia linsalato-kinetorehab pt
