Cancellation and/or Travel Fees

Is there any way to track cancellation or travel fees in Therabill?

ERA's- one click option to uncheck apply on all lines of ERA

Requesting to have the option to uncheck apply boxes on the entire ERA. For the rather large ERA's that may have more than 1500 lines to apply, this would allow us to process in sections. We can check the apply boxes as we process each patient on ...

Patients feels it's just too much with each cpt code listed and each dollar amount broken down.

Therabill / Patient Statements

On patient billings, it would be nice to have the recent Client payments received showing all the payments made by the patient. I have calling and saying that their payment is not showing. I do know that there is a column for client payments, they also would like to see payments that were made on their balance.
