claims denial update UHC

Denials recently with the denial code 4 is a mistake at the insurance company level. The claims will be automatically reprocessed. The rep told me starting July 2019 all claims must have the G code modifiers attached (GP for physical Therapy) etc....

Available License Alert

Adding a license when one is already available could easily be prevented by adding an alert saying "This account has x therapists licenses currently available. Are you sure you wish to continue adding a license?"

client/patient notes

It seems as thought "notes" are only utilized on "clients" page. This option should be accessable on all links to the patient.

Separate aging reports for Ins and patients

I'm not sure why this is NOT currently an option, but there should be separate aging reports for Insurance and Patients. Collections will be much more efficient with this option.

Provider Specific appointment time lengths

Allow a practice to individualize by provider Evaluation appt time length, and follow up appt time length if they choose to.

MEDICARE PART C PLAN

In the selection of plan types, I see Medicare Part A and B...but you should also add Medicare C (Medicare replacement plan) in the choices of plans
