You may have already gotten this feedback, I am a little late to the game. The first problem I ran into was the IE PT note was mostly things/criteria I never need - there was a lot of pediatric things that didn't make a whole lot of sense to me. I ended up making a new IE note with ALL the basics that I would do at every appointment and that was it. After that, I have started my templates for different body parts which do not include those same items. So far, that is working great. But, it just takes TIME!

We are new to Therabill. Old insurances are crossing over even though they are not attached to the current case nor effective.This is super messy and lots of potential for claims to go out with the incorrect insurance. Therabill should be able to ...

SINGLE EOMB PER PATIENT TO STREAMLINE BILLING SECONDARY'S

ALL WOULD BENEFIT AS A TIME SAVER TO BE ABLE TO PRINT OUT EOMB PER PATIENT INSTEAD OF ENTIRE CHECK AND THEN HAVE TO BLACK OUT THE NAMES AND MBI NUMBERS ON THOSE YOU ARE NOT BILLING. CHANGE HEALTHCARE HAS THIS OPTION.

BATCH PAYMENTS CLOSE SESSION
