In the patient's chart, it would be helpful to see the type of appointment by session class and/or billed CPT.

This would allow for quick assessment the contact type (e.g. phone follow-up, telehealth appontment, in person appt) and appointment status (e.g. therapist cx, pt no show, clinic closed). The session class and status details would populated according to the clinic's customizable set up from the fee schedule and session classes.
