Delayed signing - Confirmation

When selecting the "Sign" button, it would be nice to get an "Are you sure?" prompt or a 30 second "Undo" button to access if when a change needs to be made that the therapist is immediately aware of. I believe 1.0 did this but 2.0 does not.

Restrict ability to create appointment for license/dept mismatch
