When creating a case the patients don't always have their doctors info available. Later when they check in we get the referral or their doctor's information but are no longer able to change the physician referral in the referral report.

This ends up creating a referral report that is inaccurate, and we can't edit that report.

If we are looking back a month, the referral report should just pull in the info that is in the patient chart so that we can ensure an accurate referral report.
