Currently shows we have a 100% conversion rate- looks great but not accurate. We don't waste time building a whole case for clients we KNOW we aren't going to see. Requesting a quick add feature that we could add minimal info with a drop down of why we won't be seeing client like: out of network, can't afford, no transportation, don't offer service requested, etc. We give more accurate report and help us educate referral sources, evaluate services offered/ need to add services, expand office hours, etc
