Billing Report in 2.0 for charge entry

In 1.0 the billing report gives a list of all the charges completed for the day. We use this report to manually enter charges into an unconnected billing software. In 2.0, I am unable to find a report that matches this. The documented units by payer report is not useful for charge entry.

This is much needed - The documented units report it too clunky. You have to open the dates wide open and then filter by Date of Finalization to get the dates that were finalized for billing. Please create a billing report just like the one used for Soap 1.0
