These options disappear, and make it less efficient to edit a HEP, look at upcoming apts, as I am working with the patient.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! This functionality currently exists today in the product, all you need to do is click on the dropdown from within the records and you will see those options become available. We understand this functionality can be improved upon and are currently investigating ways to improve this experience. In the interim you can reference the screenshot below for where you can access these items from within a SOAP note.
