We use the chart notes section ALOT (located under edocs and above upcoming appointments in Soap 1.0 - NOT case notes, records, daily notes, etc.). It allows you to make a virtual sticky note, so we can tell when an office staff member spoke to a patient about payment plans or if we left them a voicemail about something. However Soap 2.0 doesn't have this feature and we have to constantly click OUT of Soap 2.0 by clicking edocs to get back into Soap 1.0 to access our chart notes.
Make this a feature on 2.0 or at least make it more accessible.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! While this isn't a feature we currently have in the works, we are considering it in the future. We’ll be sure to let you know if this feature is delivered. In the meantime 2.0 does have the ability to add custom alerts in which we have seen users leverage for similar communication. I have included a link to that functionality below.

We use chart notes company wide. This feature allows us to keep track of conversations with patients regarding scheduling, payments, insurance issues, family issues, transportation issues and any other concern they may have. All employees in our company look to the chart notes to help patients with any questions or concerns they have. It helps our company provide excellent customer service company wide, offering a more personal touch. We will be lost without it.

Chart notes is a very essential part of a patients chart. My facility uses chart notes on a daily basis, noting things like a patient going on vacation so we dont contact in that time, whether someone has called them on a certain matter, other important things that need to be notes but does not belong in a daily note. It is very tedious to have to go through edocs to get to chart notes and what happens when we will integrate into soap 2.0 and cant access the original.
