We all rely on spellcheck to highlight errors when typing quickly.

Hello, and thanks for your suggestion! Adding spellcheck to all free text areas is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.

Spell-check is a feature of the browser these days. If you are not getting spell checking in Chrome, you can go here for instructions on enabling it. Chrome's spell-check has many medical terms as well. If you are using a different browser, you should be able to find instructions on that browser's help pages.
