There is an option for no show and cx. Should be an option for rescheduled

Adding a reschedule option is hugely important. For example, if a patient is scheduled for 2x/weekly on Monday and Wednesday, but calls on a Wednesday to reschedule to Thursday.
We want to have record of where that appointment moved to, but not punish staff for a cancel, because that patient will still be attending their normal 2x/week appts. So if/when the rescheduled becomes available, WebPT would not calculate the rescheduled appointments in the missed/no show data.
As a business owner, we would train staff that a reschedule only counts for the same week (i.e. if a patient cancelled a Friday appt and moved it to the following Monday, that would NOT be a reschedule, it would just be a cancel).

Yes please! I totally agree! It would be so beneficial to have that option to help track patient appointments that move around on our schedule. Thank you for this suggestion!
