Patients are on a waitlist and assigned requested days, times and providers. When a hole opens up on a providers schedule, I would like the option to click a button and have every patient who might be interested in that opening to be alerted by text with a link in the text to take the appointment. First come, first serve. If they select the link to accept the appointment, they will be automatically added to the schedule and receive a confirmation text/email for that appointment.

This would save a ton of time over having my scheduler manually sift through all of the patients on the waitlist, then call or text them to see if they want the appointment, then wait to hear back from those they were unable to reach. This would drastically improve a clinics ability to fill open/available appointments and reduce administrative workload so they can focus their efforts on tasks that cannot be automated.
