When viewing a Patients Upcoming Appointments, it would be great if WebPT had an option to send the patient a list of their Upcoming scheduled Appointments either by text or email. We typically have to print out a list of appointments should the patient schedule multiple appointments. Being able to automatically send these digitally would be much more convenient and a time saver! (Also paper Saver)

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Sending all future appointments via text or email is not a feature that we have planned right now, but we may consider it in the future. We are currently looking at a number of improvements to both the Scheduler and the automated appointment reminders, so this fits in well with those themes.

I just had a patient ask if it was possible to send him his scheduled appointments via an ifc file so it could be imported into his google calendar. We have a lot of older patients who solely rely on their phone calendar for their appointments, and this would be incredible helpful for them.
This needs to happen. Downloading the pdf of upcoming appointments, then copying the patient's email, then uploading the pdf to a separate email and then typing out a message is a waste of time and so outdated. This feature needs to be updated asap.
