Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Adding additional charge types in the payment window is not a feature we currently have planned, but we may consider it in the future. We'll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.

Being able to customize the charge type would be great. We'd want to add our various cash-based services (personal training, dry needling, etc.) and better track revenue from each service (vs everything under the "wellness" umbrella).
