Ohio Work Comp now requires Time In Time Out on every daily note in order to pay. There has been headache after headache to triple check each note for Time In Time Out, therapists forgetting to add it, and many amended notes and claims resubmissions. It's cost us so many hours to backtrack and correct. I am recommending they add a "TIME IN TIME OUT REQUIRED for Therapist to Sign Note" button to the Add/Edit Insurance Page. It would work exactly the same way as the "OMT Required for Therapist to Sign Note" button. So for all of the Ohio BWC MCO's, I can click the Time In Time Out Required Button and then another note without Time In Time Out will never be able to get through.

Thank you, But I am still REALLY struggling with the billing on ALL MCO's when TIME IN TIME OUT is required for those insurances on the WebPT side. No matter how many times I go over it with our Therapy staff, they seem to forget at least 50% or more of the time. I have put Payer Alerts on all insurances on the schedule and in the pt charts. Is there any way to get that buton on the Edit Insurance Page??? So it literally will not let them sign it until TIME IN TIME OUT is recorded for that Insurance?
