WebPT Ideas and Discovery

It would be very helpful in our clinic if we had an instant messaging app that is HIPAA compliant. Maybe like a pop up box with the message. I know there is messaging already but it is easily overlooked. Looking for a pop up or another way to alert the person receiving the message so it is seen immediately.
