Allow users to customize what information is included on the subjective tab. I feel there are too many click boxes. I typically already address the information in these click boxes through the patient's subjective history. I would like to be able to adjust this information (Prior level of function, work history, baseline etc) on the subjective tab. I would also like more options for free text on the subjective tab. Please make an option to customize!
