There is a day that I need to adjust to extend my hours by one hour for a patient. However, it is past the usual time. I do not want to change all of the calendar days/times created to adjust the time for one day.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Setting individual start/stop times per day is not a currently planned feature, but we may consider it in the future. We'll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
In the meantime, we suggest utilizing calendar markers to denote your start/stop times for each day. Here is a help article that explains how to use calendar markers in the scheduler: https://help.emr.webpt.com/article/2017-marker-appointment-visit-types
