I agree with the ability to send statements separately for each case, but this should not take away the ability to send one master statement. Also, by stating, "Cases should mirror WebPT", are they implying that the cases should use the case name set in WebPT? Because "Unnamed case #1" is very unhelpful!

This would be helpful when the patient is attending with a case that falls under commercial insurance and the other is a worker's compensation claim. Even though the cases are correct in WebPt, Therabill is mixing up the information.
