The answer from the Admin does not actually help the issue. You have to know what to look for in the activity log - for example. If the initials listed on the "Collected By' in the payment log is incorrect, you don't know who to look for to find out who actually took the payment. We need tracking in the payment screens and note screens. everything should have a date and time stamp with the users initials.
