It would be a game changer if Therabill had an internal way to track incoming leads. If a patient calls (or submits online), it would be great if this info could be added to Therabill with automatic reminders so we can follow up. Furthermore, it could allow us to track a leads progress through the sales funnel. Initial contact, scheduling, waiting for documents/referral, eval complete, waiting on POC, etc.... helping us better manage the documents required to get a patient started.
Therabill is working well for us once we get the patient up and running, but it is not a helpful tool prior to that point.
We have too many spreadsheets and need to automate some of these tasks!
